近日，重慶鼎瑞地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司持有項(xiàng)目——海航保利國際中心榮獲重慶市渝中區(qū)人民政府授予的“2015年度四星級(jí)商用樓宇”稱號(hào)。
本次評(píng)選由重慶市渝中區(qū)政府組織發(fā)起，針對(duì)渝中區(qū)所有商務(wù)樓宇的服務(wù)、硬件設(shè)施、經(jīng)營規(guī)模、稅收等方面進(jìn)行綜合、嚴(yán)格測評(píng)后認(rèn)定。該稱號(hào)的獲得是對(duì)項(xiàng)目品質(zhì)的高度認(rèn)可，更表明海航保利國際中心已成長為重慶寫字樓市場自持運(yùn)營的新標(biāo)桿，具有積極意義。
Recently，HNA Chongqing Center managed by Chongqing Ding Rui Real Estate Development Co.,
LTD has won the title of the 2015 Four Star-Rated Business Building by People’s Government
of Chongqing, Yuzhong District.
This appraisal activity organized and launched by Yuzhong Government was set to aim at
comprehensive and strict evaluation of property management services, hardware facilities,
operation scale，tax revenue and other assessments of all buildings in Yuzhong District.
The title is highly recognized for the quality of the building, which also manifests that
HNA Chongqing Center has elevated to a new model in Chongqing office building market
